📋 Description

• Own product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and delivery details. • Manage backlog, priorities, sprint readiness and feature execution. • Work closely with engineering, design, QA, operations and business teams. • Translate complex financial journeys into clear product flows. • Test features before launch and ensure product quality is not left to engineering alone. • Track bugs, edge cases, user issues and post-launch fixes. • Keep stakeholders updated on progress, blockers, risks and decisions needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as Product Owner, Business Analyst, Product Executive or similar delivery-focused role. • Strong ability to write clear requirements and break down work for engineering teams. • Good understanding of user flows, edge cases, operational processes and product quality. • Fast follow-up, strong organization and high ownership. • Able to work with ambiguity and convert messy inputs into clear execution plans. • Comfortable testing products and challenging gaps before launch. • Experience in fintech, insurance, payments, consumer apps or digital products is a strong advantage.
