📋 Description
• Build core ML systems that power a proactive AI product • Own work end-to-end: data preparation, training, evaluation, inference, and iteration • Turn research ideas into working systems that run reliably in production • Collaborate closely with research, product, and engineering teams • Mentor other ML engineers through example and technical judgment
🎯 Requirements
• Senior Machine Learning Engineer experience • Strong programming skills in Python • Experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch or JAX • Proven experience with GPU-based training and inference • Ability to debug model failures and system issues • Excellent understanding of ML model behavior and production constraints • Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
