• Build core ML systems that power a proactive AI product • Own end-to-end work: data preparation, training, evaluation, inference, and iteration • Debug model failures and system issues using production signals • Collaborate with research, product, and engineering teams • Mentor and review work from other ML engineers
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in machine learning • Built and shipped ML systems used by real users • Strong knowledge in Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch or JAX • Production-quality code writing • Ability to handle real production constraints
