📋 Description
• Conduct assessments & create behavior plans; Supervise ABA programs and staff; Support and train caregivers & RBTs; Collaborate with a team of experienced BCBAs
🎯 Requirements
• Active BCBA certification (required); Experience supervising RBTs/technicians; Strong clinical and decision-making skills; Growth mindset & cultural responsiveness; Bilingual (Spanish)
