📋 Description
• Supervise VDC Specialists and Spoolers on Plumbing and Piping disciplines. • Oversee team productivity, time management, group standards and quality. • Manage BIM/VDC subcontractor scheduling and productivity on a project specific basis. • Facilitate BIM coordination meetings on projects where Batchelor & Kimball is the BIM lead.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction based mechanical design and fabrication. • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Autodesk Fabrication CADMEP and Autodesk Navisworks or any other BIM software is a plus • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. • Experience in leadership and direct supervision of technical personnel.
