📋 Description

• Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards. • Conduct compliance reviews, risk assessments, and gap analyses. • Support the development and maintenance of compliance policies and procedures. • Assist with regulatory reporting, audits, and compliance documentation. • Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on business operations. • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to ensure compliance requirements are incorporated into product development. • Support AML/KYC, data privacy, and financial crime compliance initiatives. • Investigate compliance issues and recommend corrective actions. • Prepare compliance reports, dashboards, and management updates. • Promote compliance awareness and support training initiatives across the organization.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in compliance, risk management, regulatory affairs, or internal audit. • Experience working in fintech, banking, payments, or other regulated industries. • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance principles. • Excellent analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. • Experience working in Agile or cross-functional environments is an advantage.
