📋 Description

• Design scalable Salesforce solution architectures aligned with client business objectives. • Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce Platform. • Translate business requirements into technical solution designs and architecture documentation. • Define system integrations using APIs and middleware solutions. • Provide technical leadership and guidance to developers and consultants. • Review solution designs, configurations, and custom developments to ensure quality and scalability. • Support project planning, estimation, risk identification, and technical decision-making. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Developers, QA Engineers, and Project Managers. • Ensure solutions comply with Salesforce best practices, security standards, and governance frameworks. • Participate in client workshops, architecture reviews, and solution demonstrations.

🎯 Requirements

• 8–15 years of experience in enterprise technology consulting. • Minimum 5 years of hands-on Salesforce architecture experience. • Proven experience delivering enterprise Salesforce implementations. • Strong understanding of CRM transformation and business process automation. • Experience designing API-led integrations with third-party enterprise systems. • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. • Experience working in remote, distributed consulting teams.
