📋 Description

• Phone-based customer support on Saturdays and Sundays for customers who have already initiated their vehicle registration process independently • Assistance with follow-up questions, technical issues in the ordering process, and general inquiries related to online vehicle registration • Resolution of problem cases and, where necessary, escalation to the relevant specialist departments • Careful documentation of customer concerns in our ticketing system • Optional: weekday cover for colleagues during vacation or illness

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in telephone customer support • Excellent German language skills, spoken and written (min. C1) • Friendly, patient, and service-oriented phone manner • Structured and meticulous way of working • Reliability and willingness to regularly work on weekends • Confident use of common IT systems • Own quiet workspace and a stable internet connection (for remote work) • Preferably experience in the automotive sector or with digital government/administrative processes • Knowledge of FZV, i‑Kfz, or vehicle registration procedures
