📋 Description

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care • Provide individual evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults (ages 2-26) • Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans based on ongoing assessment of patient progress • Invest in your patient relationships by establishing positive, trusting rapport with patients • Maintain thorough, timely clinical documentation and patient records • Involve and advise family members or outside specialists when appropriate

🎯 Requirements

• Independently licensed as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in at least one U.S. state • Willingness to obtain licensure in one or more of Blackbird's operating states (we cover the cost) • Possess one (1) year of experience providing individual, direct care therapy to children and adolescent patients • Have one (1) year of experience working in a telehealth or virtual setting • Own your own phone, computer, and high-speed internet • Flexibility to work during Blackbird's core after-school hours: after 3pm ET during the week and/or weekends
