📋 Description

• Deliver High-Quality Intake Evaluations: Lead individual telehealth intake sessions for youth ages 2–26, using evidence-based assessment practices tailored to each patient's developmental stage and unique needs. • Provide Ongoing Therapy: Build strong, consistent therapeutic relationships with patients over time — delivering individual evidence-based therapy and adjusting treatment plans based on ongoing assessment of patient progress. • Build Meaningful Connections: Spend the necessary time with patients and families to truly understand their experiences, educate them about therapeutic approaches available at Blackbird, and provide a warm, supportive entry point into care that carries through their entire journey. • Drive Strong Clinical Matches & Progress: Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans that ensure each patient is connected to the right treatment approach — then see it through by monitoring progress and adjusting as needed. • Collaborate for Integrated Care: Engage with clinicians, medical providers, and families to create coordinated treatment plans that address the whole child. Participate in optional weekly clinical consultations to enhance your clinical skills. • Maintain Clinical Excellence: Maintain thorough intake and ongoing documentation and patient records. Strive for the highest clinical and technical quality in all aspects of your work. • Partner with Families: Involve and advise family members and outside specialists when appropriate throughout the care journey.

🎯 Requirements

• Independently licensed as a LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or PsyD/PhD in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, or New Jersey. • A minimum of 1 year of experience working with children and adolescent patients • A minimum of 1 year of experience working in a telehealth or virtual setting • Own your own phone, computer, and high speed internet • Flexibility to work a minimum of 15 hours per week during our peak "after school hours" defined as after 3pm ET during the week or any time on weekends
