⢠Responsible for recruiting top-tier tech talent. ⢠Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for technical roles (engineering, data, product, infrastructure, etc.). ⢠Work closely with hiring teams to deeply understand the specific requirements of each position. ⢠Source qualified candidates through various channels. ⢠Conduct interviews and assess both technical and cultural fit. ⢠Improve and structure recruitment processes, tools, and KPIs. ⢠Contribute to the global talent acquisition strategy.
