• Prospecting and qualifying aircraft owners through warm and cold outreach • Building trust and rapport with high-net-worth clients and business owners • Managing sales pipelines from lead to close with precision and urgency • Running market comps and valuation insights with support from our tools • Negotiating, structuring, and closing aircraft transactions • Leveraging our CRM, systems, and back-end support to stay focused on what you do best: selling

• Have a strong background in sales, real estate, aviation, or finance (or just a killer track record of closing) • Are obsessed with performance, personal growth, and earning what you’re worth • Communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally • Thrive in a high-autonomy, commission-driven environment • Are self-disciplined, proactive, and comfortable working remotely or independently • Have a genuine interest in aviation or are eager to become an expert quickly
