📋 Description

• Own the full recruiting cycle from the initial leadership intake call through the final offer letter • Source and engage talent across the U.S., LATAM, India, and beyond • Deliver a seamless and respectful candidate experience • Evaluate candidates for cultural and performance fit • Build and maintain a warm pipeline of freelance and full-time talent • Maintain a clean, data-driven pipeline in Ashby/Lever ATS • Keep hiring managers informed throughout the process • Partner directly with the executive team to recruit talent across Sales, Design, Development, and Strategy

🎯 Requirements

• Approximately 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience • Ideally experience in a tech, digital, or creative agency environment • Ability to navigate different time zones and cultural nuances in hiring • Experience using applicant tracking systems and streamlined, automated workflows • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to write effective cold outreach emails and conduct impressive candidate interviews • Required completion of a Predictive Index assessment before application review • Required LinkedIn URL • Design or creative background is a bonus • Experience building or refining hiring playbooks is a bonus
