📋 Description

• Design, write, and execute manual test cases, scenarios, and scripts for functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, API, and performance testing • Perform exploratory, smoke, and sanity testing before releases • Execute test cycles, document results, manage defects, and verify fixes through regression testing • Develop, maintain, execute, debug, and optimize automated test scripts and frameworks • Enhance test coverage and integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines where applicable • Design, execute, and analyze performance, load, stress, endurance, and scalability tests • Identify performance bottlenecks and collaborate with development and infrastructure teams on improvements • Use AI-powered tools for test generation, automation scripting, test data creation, defect analysis, and documentation • Prepare testing artifacts, quality metrics, status updates, defect summaries, and risk assessments • Support and coordinate UAT activities and validate business requirements before production release • Investigate software defect root causes and recommend preventive quality improvements • Review requirements and participate throughout the SDLC, including planning, execution, validation, and release • Mentor junior and mid-level QC engineers and provide technical guidance • Collaborate with development, product, business, and infrastructure teams • Improve testing methodologies, quality standards, automation practices, AI-enabled quality engineering, and performance testing strategies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent education and work experience • 6+ years of hands-on experience in software quality control/testing • 5+ years of hands-on experience in manual testing • 2+ years of hands-on experience in test automation • Professional certification such as ISTQB-CTFL or ISTQB-CTAL • Hands-on experience with manual testing and test automation, including framework development, scripting, and CI/CD integration • Proficiency with Selenium, Cypress, Appium, TestNG, JUnit, or similar automation tools and frameworks • Proficiency with JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, k6, or similar performance testing tools and frameworks • Experience preparing complete testing artifacts, including test plans, test cases, traceability matrices, defect reports, and test summary reports • Experience owning UAT cycles through successful completion • Ability to identify bugs, analyze root causes, and drive resolution • In-depth knowledge of functional, regression, integration, performance, and end-to-end testing methodologies • Strong teamwork and communication skills for collaboration with QC, development, and business groups • Ability to multitask, triage issues, adapt to change, and work independently or in a team setting • Excellent command of written and spoken English
