📋 Description

• Contribute to the design of scalable and secure data solutions aligned with business and technical needs • Develop and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines to ingest, transform, and load data from diverse sources • Analyze structured and unstructured data sources and recommend ingestion, processing, and classification strategies • Assist in building a robust data layer supporting batch and real-time processing • Implement data validation and cleansing strategies to ensure quality and governance compliance • Write and optimize SQL queries for large datasets • Support migrations from legacy systems to cloud platforms with accuracy and minimal downtime • Monitor data workflows, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and propose improvements • Collaborate with analysts, scientists, and business teams to translate requirements into data models • Apply data governance and security best practices, including regulatory compliance such as GDPR • Stay current on emerging tools and practices and contribute to team innovation

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or related roles • Strong knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and query optimization • Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT tools and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) • Familiarity with data governance, security, and compliance frameworks • Solid understanding of batch and real-time data processing • Collaborative mindset with ability to work across technical and business teams
