📋 Description

• Oversee and optimize operational projects delivery from initiation to completion. • Coordinate between different departments to ensure smooth workflow and project execution. • Track and effectively report project timelines, deliverables, risks, and operational KPIs. • Develop and improve operational processes, policies, and workflows. • Ensure operational efficiency and continuous process optimization. • Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and status updates for management. • Collaborate with management on strategic operational planning and execution. • Support resource planning and task allocation across teams. • Identify operational bottlenecks and propose practical solutions. • Monitor project budgets, operational costs, and resource utilization. • Ensure alignment between operational execution and business objectives. • Handle stakeholder communication and maintain strong coordination with internal and external parties. • Support crisis management and operational escalations when needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or related field. • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in Operations, Project Management, or similar roles. • Strong understanding of operational workflows and project lifecycle management. • Experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders. • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. • Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, Monday.com, or similar. • Strong reporting and analytical skills. • PMP certification is a plus. • Experience working in regional/multi-country operations is a plus. • .
