• This is a remote position. • We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager. • Lead and optimize the sales operations of our online learning platform for engineers. • Responsible for implementing structured sales processes, managing the sales team, and driving revenue growth. • Design and implement an end-to-end sales management system, integrating CRM workflows, lead qualification, and payment follow-ups. • Optimize the lead-to-payment process, ensuring seamless handoffs between CRM, sales channels, and payment systems. • Establish and enforce policies for response times, follow-ups, and payment reconciliation. • Supervise a team of three sales agents and one supervisor, ensuring clear role definitions and accountability. • Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members to achieve performance targets. • Oversee the usage of GoHighLevel CRM and ensure proper integration with WhatsApp, payment gateways, and VoIP systems. • Track team performance against KPIs, including lead response times, conversion rates, and payment collection. • Collaborate with the sales team to manage onboarding, post-sale communication, and customer satisfaction initiatives. • Ensure adherence to ethical sales practices and data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. • A master’s degree is a plus. • 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the e-learning or SaaS industry. • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. • Technical Skills: Proficient in CRM tools (GoHighLevel or similar) and analytics platforms. • Familiarity with payment gateways, VoIP systems, and automation tools. • Strong understanding of sales processes and workflows. • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse sales team. • Experience in structuring and scaling sales teams. • Analytical Skills: Data-driven approach to decision-making. • Ability to interpret KPIs, customer insights, and financial reports. • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency in English and Arabic is highly preferred. • Interpersonal Skills: Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. • Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively. • Familiarity with the engineering education market or similar niches.
