📋 Description

• Manage customer data onboarding projects, working closely with both internal teams and external clients. • Engage with customers to facilitate data integration, ensuring project timelines are met. • Support the overall onboarding process. • Work closely with the Customer Success, Business Development Analysts, Data Science, and Data Engineering teams to develop business-focused data solutions. • Lead customer-facing meetings to gather client requirements, document use cases and align expectations. • Collaborate with clients to understand their data landscape and provide guidance on data preparation. • Perform data mapping to ensure accurate data integration. • Facilitate internal knowledge transfer and documentation. • Utilize Asana to manage multiple client projects in an agile manner. • Monitor project timelines and communicate progress, risks, and issues to clients and internal stakeholders. • Develop new processes and improve existing workflows for onboarding efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project management, data onboarding, or a similar role, in a customer-facing capacity. • Familiarity with data mapping, data integration, and data quality best practices. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Ability to translate technical requirements for non-technical audiences. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage 10-15 projects simultaneously. • Proactive problem solver able to adapt processes to client maturity levels. • Strong relationship-building skills with both client and internal teams. • Skilled in expectation-setting, especially around data readiness and modeling constraints. • Proficiency in project management tools (specifically Asana) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel). • Proficiency with Google Workspace products (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Drive, etc.). • Experience leveraging AI tools. • Experience reading and understanding SOWs (Statement of Work). • Willingness to travel periodically (2-4 times annually).
