📋 Description

• Lead and develop engineering teams responsible for designing and delivering energy infrastructure projects. • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers. • Collaborate with project teams and owner representatives. • Review engineering deliverables and help drive engineering strategies. • Ensure designs are reliable, constructible, cost-effective, and aligned with client expectations. • Travel to client office and/or project sites as required to foster client relationships.

🎯 Requirements

• Four-year Engineering degree and at least eight years of transmission, substations, solar, wind, and BESS; or eight years of civil, mechanical, or electrical engineering experiences. • Registered professional engineering license required.
