📋 Description

• Event logistics: swag ordering, booth coordination, shipping, and tracking to make sure the right things arrive in the right place at the right time • Pre-event project plans and team briefing documents so everyone walks in prepared • Post-event recaps and follow-up plans capturing what worked and what to improve • Vendor and supplier coordination across all events • Freeing up senior marketing time ahead of a major Series A launch so the Head of Marketing can focus on strategy, not shipping logistics
