📋 Description

• Support end-to-end OOH campaign planning, from audience research and market selection through to proposal delivery and execution • Build and maintain campaign plans, cost schedules, and performance summaries using internal tools • Research target audiences and analyze their characteristics, behaviors, and media habits • Collaborate with account managers, clients, and creative teams to align on objectives and strategies • Become a proficient user of the clients planning platform, and surface product feedback to senior team members • Manage relationships with OOH media vendors and support negotiations under the guidance of senior planners • Juggle tasks across multiple active campaigns simultaneously, meeting internal and client deadlines

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in OOH or broader media planning • Familiarity with core OOH formats (billboards, transit, experiential, DOOH) and how they fit into a broader media mix • Working knowledge of audience and measurement tools (GeoPath, Nielsen, Google Analytics, or similar) • Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple deadlines at once • Clear communicator — in writing, in presentations, and across internal teams • Comfortable in spreadsheets and web-based planning platforms • Analytically curious, with an eye for data and performance metrics • Ability to work EST hours
