📋 Description

• Lead the development and training of Marketing Mix Models (MMM) to support data-driven marketing decisions • Design, build, and maintain data pipelines for MMM features and scoring processes • Perform input and output data validation to ensure model accuracy and reliability • Translate complex model outputs into clear business insights and actionable recommendations • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align analytics solutions with business needs • Manage multiple priorities and deliverables under tight and shifting deadlines • Ensure high-quality standards in all deliverables, with strong attention to detail • Create clear and compelling presentations to communicate findings and recommendations • Handle stakeholder interactions, including managing expectations and navigating challenging conversations • Adapt to dynamic environments with frequent interruptions, urgent requests, and evolving priorities

🎯 Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis, modeling, and statistical work • Advanced SQL skills for data extraction, manipulation, and validation • Experience working with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or similar) • Advanced Excel skills for data handling and reporting • Experience in Marketing Analytics; MMM experience is a strong plus • Solid understanding of data pipelines, feature engineering, and model validation processes • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly • Proven experience managing stakeholders in demanding environments • Ability to work independently and maintain high performance under pressure.
