• Providing instructional and academic support to learners in courses • Facilitating office hours or group study sessions • Building an online community conducive to the spirit of learning • Using text, video, and other technologies to create learning resources • Assessing learning and comprehension through evaluations • Maintaining adequate learner records
• 1-3 years teaching experience at the graduate level, in an online environment, preferred. • Have a completed Master’s degree from a regionally accredited College or University in psychology. • Enrollment in a Doctoral program or a completed Doctorate is preferred. • Ability to assess individual and group learning needs and explain concepts in different ways. • Experience working with a diversity of learning styles.
