📋 Description

• Integrate Artificial Intelligence with UX Design best practices to create end-to-end conversational solutions • Design effective and intuitive interactions across WhatsApp, Blip Chat, Messenger, Instagram, and other channels • Gather, consume, and apply inputs based on clients’ business objectives and users’ needs • Analyze needs, technical feasibility, and opportunities for AI adoption • Lead workshops and activities with clients and users for discovery, co-creation, and validation • Create end-to-end conversational flows using UX Design, NLP, Generative AI, Regex, and Fuzzy Matching • Model, monitor, and improve chatbot AI, ensuring brand and language consistency • Master and leverage the Blip platform, AI products, and cognitive solutions • Create prototypes and dynamic presentations for stakeholder validation • Define requirements for conversational experience quality testing • Define and monitor conversational experience metrics • Generate inputs for the chatbot’s evolutionary roadmap • Document the entire process according to industry best practices • Use AI to optimize internal processes • Participate in internal development, knowledge-sharing, and conversational ecosystem-strengthening initiatives • Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams, leading strategic discussions and sharing learnings

🎯 Requirements

• User research techniques, personas, and user journeys • Information Architecture, Design Thinking, and Design Systems • Curation and architecture of AI applied to chatbots • Knowledge of AI providers such as Watson, LUIS, and Dialogflow • Conversational interaction experience metrics • Data extraction and analysis using SQL and Python • Basic understanding of prompt engineering • Solution prototyping and usability • Design and collaboration tools • Agile methodologies • Process and project documentation and organization • Time management and prioritization • Communication and client-facing skills for facilitating activities, presentations, and stakeholder meetings • Preferred: experience with multichannel conversational interactions • Preferred: knowledge of Machine Learning and Deep Learning • Preferred: understanding of Regex and Fuzzy Matching concepts and applications • Preferred: familiarity with the Blip Platform • Preferred: intermediate or advanced Spanish and/or English • Preferred: flexibility and adaptability in constantly changing contexts
