📋 Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial agreements, including SaaS, licensing, vendor, and partnership contracts. • Advise sales, business development, and product teams on contract structures, risk allocation, and compliance matters. • Provide legal guidance on go-to-market initiatives and product launches in regulated technology environments. • Support the development and continuous improvement of contract templates, playbooks, and scalable legal processes. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams — including finance, compliance, and operations — to streamline deal execution and mitigate risk. • Stay current on evolving regulations impacting digital assets, financial services, and technology transactions.

🎯 Requirements

• Qualification from an accredited law school • 4–7 years of experience in commercial or technology transactions, ideally combining both law firm and in-house experience. • Solid understanding of blockchain technology, digital assets, and evolving Web3 regulatory frameworks. • Demonstrated ability to independently negotiate, draft, and close complex commercial agreements. • Strong business judgment with a pragmatic approach to balancing legal risk and operational efficiency in a fast-scaling organization. • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. • Comfortable working cross-functionally with global teams across multiple time zones.
