📋 Description

• Own program management for a portfolio of Tier 1 customer engagements • Build and maintain detailed project plans, tracking scope, milestones, dependencies, RAID logs, and owners • Serve as the primary program-level point of contact for customers • Design and run a consistent cadence of engagement communication • Produce clear, executive-ready reporting for both internal leadership and customer executives • Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, Solutions Architecture, Product, Engineering, Support, Operations, and Legal/Compliance • Own internal reporting on portfolio health

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of program or project management experience • Exceptional executive communication skills, written and verbal • Proven ability to build and drive detailed project plans • Strong track record of structuring ambiguous, complex engagements • Strong risk and issue management discipline • Based in the US (East Coast), with flexibility to work customer hours across time zones
