• Service, install, evaluate, and maintain medical imaging equipment across the United States. • Calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair imaging systems and computer components to meet OEM specifications and customer expectations. • Perform preventive maintenance and resolve advanced electronic, mechanical, and network-related issues. • Represent the company professionally during on-site visits and communicate customer feedback to internal teams. • Expand technical knowledge continually and contribute to improving engineering competency. • Provide timely project updates, insights, and responses to technical inquiries to support decision-making and customer satisfaction. • Document new processes and provide training to end users, while supporting additional duties as needed. • Ensure updates, calibrations or repairs are completed properly by running tests or diagnostics. • Driving and vehicle operation are essential functions of this role.
• Preferred Experience 3-7 years’ experience in medical imaging engineering or equivalent. • Ideal candidate will have service experience related to GE MR and/or CT medical imaging equipment. • Education (or equivalent experience) Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent. • Proficiency with computers and related tools, including Microsoft Office, diagnostic software, hardware troubleshooting, and database entry/management.
