📋 Description

• Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries and issues, ensuring SLAs are met. • Research and resolve escalated concerns in a timely manner, collaborating across internal teams and suppliers as needed. • Track all customer service interactions to ensure complete and accurate reporting and the ability to leverage data to drive performance and continuous improvement. • Provide monthly trend analyses for internal coaching and training opportunities. • Provide quarterly trend analyses to support client communications and supplier opportunities. • Build meaningful relationships with our customers and supplier partners.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working with customers in the travel industry • Exceptional oral and written communication skills • Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills; assertiveness and patience to handle difficult situations • Strong problem solving, decision making and time management skills • Ability to work independently while prioritizing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment • Solid analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy • Team player with a proactive approach to collaboration and knowledge sharing
