📋 Description

• This is a remote position. Role Purpose To serve as the visionary leader who connects AI capabilities with executive-level business strategy. This role orchestrates an organization's overall AI journey, ensuring that AI initiatives are aligned with corporate goals, drive measurable value, and are successfully adopted across the enterprise. • Develop AI Strategy: Craft and implement a comprehensive AI strategy that aligns with and propels the company's long-term business goals and competitive positioning. • Identify & Prioritize AI Opportunities: Lead brainstorming sessions with business and technical leaders to identify high-value AI use cases. Build business cases and secure executive sponsorship for AI initiatives. • Orchestrate AI Initiatives: Function as a connector and orchestrator, managing the portfolio of AI projects to ensure they are executed flawlessly and aligned with business objectives. Separate hype from reality to focus on tangible value. • Lead Change Management: Act as a change agent to drive the adoption of AI across the organization. Develop strategies to manage the cultural shift, train the workforce, and ensure AI solutions deliver their intended benefits. • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate the AI vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders at all levels, from the C-suite to technical teams. Translate complex technical concepts into clear business language. • Govern AI Risk & Ethics: Oversee the responsible and ethical use of AI. Conduct risk assessments for AI projects and ensure compliance with regulations and ethical guidelines. • LinkedIn Skill Set • Strategic Planning: Business Strategy, Digital Transformation, Business Case Development • Business Acumen: Financial Analysis (ROI), Market Analysis, Operations Management • AI & ML Knowledge: Foundational understanding of ML, NLP, Computer Vision, Generative AI • Leadership: Executive Communication, Stakeholder Management, Change Management, Program Management • Innovation Management: Design Thinking, Brainstorming Facilitation, Roadmapping • Problem-Solving: Analytical Skills, Systems Thinking, Use-Case Analysis • Industry Domain Expertise: (e.g., Finance, Healthcare, Retail)

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8 years of work experience in AI, NLP, or related field • Proficiency in NLP, Generative AI, and ML concepts • Experience building AI strategy and business cases • Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities • Change management and adoption of AI initiatives • Ability to translate technical concepts into business language
