• Provide Tier 2/3 functional and technical support for IFS Applications (Cloud/Apps 10) to users across multiple subsidiary companies. • Partner with stakeholders in Finance, Project Management, and Field Service to analyze workflows and map business requirements to IFS standard solutions. • Lead or assist in the rollout of new modules, updates, and major version upgrades. • Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validation cycles. • Manage system configuration, user profiles, and permission sets. • Create specifications for custom objects (Lobbies, Events, Reports) when standard functionality requires extension. • Design and maintain operational reports using IFS reporting tools (Report Designer, Quick Reports), SQL, or Power BI to provide real-time visibility into project profitability and resource utilization. • Develop training materials and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Conduct training sessions to ensure consistent best practices across all business units.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent professional experience. • 5-8 years of hands-on experience supporting or implementing IFS Applications (Experience with IFS Cloud, Apps 10, or Apps 9 preferred). • Strong functional knowledge in at least two of the following areas: Project Management (IFS Projects), Service Management, Supply Chain, or Finance. • Prior experience in the Construction, Engineering, Specialty Contracting, or Field Service industries is highly preferred. • Proficiency in SQL/PL/SQL for data querying and troubleshooting. • Experience with IFS Data Migration, Custom Events, and Lobbies. • Familiarity with Crystal Reports or Power BI is a plus. • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate technical issues for non-technical stakeholders (e.g., Project Managers, Site Foremen, Accountants). • A collaborative, "Servant Leadership" approach to support and problem-solving.
