📋 Description
• Own and execute retention and growth strategy across the user lifecycle • Identify friction points and optimize onboarding and activation flows • Improve time-to-value and early user engagement • Conduct customer research and product discovery (interviews, churn analysis, experimentation) • Build and leverage product analytics dashboards and tracking frameworks • Translate data insights into product improvements and growth initiatives
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in B2C SaaS or product-led (PLG) environments • Proven track record of reducing churn and improving activation • Strong experience with product analytics and data-driven decision making • Hands-on experience with user journey mapping and experimentation • Comfortable working in lean, fast-paced environments
