📋 Description

• Supervise, mentor and support a team of Field Service Engineers • Review cases escalated from Senior Field Service Engineers and determine systemic issues • Organize and prioritize deployment of field service personnel • Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure satisfaction • Capture relevant field data for internal review

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in automotive-related programs or 10+ years of automotive manufacturer engineering level technical service support • 5+ years of automotive manufacturer engineering level technical service support • 2+ years of Leadership / Direct Report Management experience • Class B CDL with School bus & Air Brake Endorsement or ability to obtain within first 6 months of employment • Strong technical background with expertise in school bus and/or medium duty vehicle applications • Experience with Root Cause Analysis processes & programs • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite • Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
