📋 Description
• Write backend code using Kotlin or Python and frontend code using React, Redux, and TypeScript • Design software and contribute to implementation • Work cross-functionally with Product, Analytics, and engineering teams across Affirm • Build APIs and data models according to the defined service-oriented architecture
🎯 Requirements
• 6+ years of experience as a full stack senior software engineer in backend (Python or Kotlin) and frontend • Strong understanding of relational database system best practices • Strong understanding of distributed systems and how architectural decisions affect performance and maintainability • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Project management skills, high degree of organization, and ability to surface critical information effectively • Experience with AWS and/or other cloud providers is a plus
