📋 Description

• Provide expert underwriting guidance on complex group benefit plans • Review and advise on new business opportunities and pricing strategies • Analyze claims experience and financial data for underwriting recommendations • Partner with regional Blue Cross plans and reinsurers • Serve as a trusted advisor on underwriting matters • Share expertise with teams across Canada

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in group insurance underwriting, pricing, actuarial analysis, or related field • Strong knowledge of group benefits and underwriting principles • Advanced analytical and technical abilities • Expert-level Microsoft Excel skills • Strong business acumen • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills • A university degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience • English proficiency, bilingualism in English and French considered an asset.
