• Recruitment Excellence: Source, engage, and recruit top-tier candidates for various cleaning roles. • Manage the recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding. • Create and manage contracts for cleaners, ensuring all legal documentation and valid work permits are in place for compliance with UK regulations. • Develop and execute engaging social media strategies across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter to build our brand and attract potential candidates. • Design eye-catching posts and campaigns using tools like Canva and CapCut. • Monitor social media metrics and recruitment data to optimize strategies and improve our outreach efforts.
🎯 Requirements
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and able to multi-task multiple projects. • Proven experience in recruitment and social media management. • Strong proficiency with social media platforms and design/editing tools. • Excellent communication skills and a knack for creating engaging content. • A proactive and results-driven approach with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. • Confident in Microsoft Office and Google Suite (including Docs, email, and Calendar).
