📋 Description

• Assist clients with booking flights, hotels, cruises, tours, transportation, and vacation packages. • Provide travel recommendations based on client preferences, budgets, and travel goals. • Research destinations, travel requirements, and available promotions. • Manage reservations, itinerary changes, cancellations, and special requests. • Maintain accurate client records and booking information. • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms. • Build and maintain positive client relationships through outstanding service. • Stay informed about travel industry trends, supplier updates, and destination information. • Meet individual performance goals and service standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. • Customer service, sales, hospitality, or travel experience is a plus but not required. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. • Comfortable using online booking tools, email, and computer applications. • Passion for travel and helping others create memorable experiences. • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
