📋 Description

• Build the messaging architecture for Medicaid plans, national payers, and employer groups • Own competitive intelligence • Translate complex clinical outcomes and cost-savings data into clear, compelling value propositions • Drive activation/engagement with existing client members • Create a multi-channel demand gen strategy to drive inbound and outbound pipeline • Build campaigns targeting Medicaid plan executives, care management, utilization management, and provider networks • Develop nurture sequences, email cadences, landing pages, etc. • Define and track marketing attribution and funnel metrics • Build a full sales enablement suite including pitch decks, one-pagers, ROI calculators, pilot frameworks, use case libraries, etc. • Create market-specific narratives (Medicaid, Employers, etc.) • Equip the sales team with tailored messaging frameworks

🎯 Requirements

• 7-12 years in B2B marketing, with at least 3+ years selling into payers (ideally Medicaid) • Experience marketing healthcare services or digital health solutions – not just SaaS • Proven ability to generate pipeline through targeted campaigns • Strong product marketing & messaging skills; ability to translate clinical outcomes into payer ROI • Excellent writing and storytelling abilities • Experience supporting sales teams in complex, multi-stakeholder deals • Comfort working in a startup – ambiguity, limited resources, and building from scratch
