🎯 Requirements
• Significant senior-level finance, audit or accounting experience • A recognised accountancy qualification or equivalent professional expertise • Strong understanding of governance, risk and assurance • Experience influencing decisions at executive or Board level • The ability to interpret and constructively challenge financial information
