📋 Description

• Management of social media (Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn): content creation, editorial calendar, captions, scheduling, and moderation of comments and DMs • Creation of visual assets and branding materials (posts, presentations, proposals) based on Bluefields' visual identity • Production of lead magnets for campaigns: e-books, infographics, and email materials • Coverage of in-person events: Stories, photos, videos, and recording testimonials • Moderation of live streams and events on YouTube • Monitoring content performance and content-related OKRs, with recommendations for optimization

🎯 Requirements

• Availability for quarterly in-person meetings of three days each • Experience in social media management and content creation • Advanced proficiency in Canva • Familiarity with metrics analysis and the content funnel
