• 1–3 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in real estate, hospitality, or call-based sales • Fluent, native-level English communication skills (verbal and written); additional languages are a strong plus • Comfortable working with sales tools and CRMs; experience with Salesforce or similar platforms is a bonus • A coachable, feedback-driven mindset with a drive to grow professionally • Excellent multitasking and organizational skills to manage conversations and leads across global markets
