🎯 Requirements
• Degree in CS, Engineering, Maths, Statistics, Data Science, or related. • 5–7 years in BI or analytics - strong IC track record. • Advanced SQL expertise; proficiency in Python or R. • Experience with modern BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI); familiarity with dbt or similar a plus. • Proven ability to design scalable data models and deliver impactful analytics. • Strong business acumen—capable of turning abstract business questions into data strategies. • Excellent communicator, capable of presenting to both technical and non‑technical audiences. • Demonstrated independent ownership, initiative, and high data-quality standards. • Thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.
