📋 Description
• Conduct active outreach to corporate clients (phone/email) to secure timely rent collection • Support maintenance of A/R records, including reconciliations and master data checks • Investigate and help resolve billing issues or client queries • Support other accounting or ad hoc projects as needed
🎯 Requirements
• 6–10 years of corporate A/R and collections experience in rent collections • B2B experience is a strong plus • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks effectively • Strong communicator with a proactive mindset
