📋 Description
• Oversee multiple hospital locations within the Central Division. • Identify, oversee, and develop medical leaders to ensure optimal clinician productivity. • Create a clinician-driven culture in assigned markets. • Serve as a high-level representative of BluePearl in all interactions. • Foster collaborative relationships between the support team and hospitals. • Ensure standards for medical quality and clinician productivity are met. • Monitor reports on operating costs and alert hospital leaders of cost overruns. • Own the success of onsite visit process for DVM candidates.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree and DVM (Doctor of Veterinary Medicine) required. • Completion of 1-year rotating internship required. • Emergency Clinician or board-certified Specialty Clinician. • 7+ years of leadership experience required (preferably overseeing multiple sites or revenues exceeding $25MM).
