• Collect, analyze, and visualize campaign data across all media, outreach, and engagement activities. • Develop dashboards that track reach, engagement, conversion, and sentiment metrics. • Partner with the Behavioral Science Lead to evaluate campaign performance using behavioral science frameworks. • Synthesize RCT data into actionable insights and ensure on-time delivery of evaluation reports. • Support continuous learning by sharing insights that inform creative and media optimization. • Maintain data integrity and compliance with state data governance standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, statistics, or public health. • 3–5 years of experience analyzing public health or communications campaign data. • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools. • Knowledge of behavioral science metrics and evaluation methodologies.
