📋 Description

• Manage Blueprintt's social media and strategic profiles. • Administer the official Blueprintt accounts. • Manage and amplify C-level profiles, contracted experts who act as front-facing representatives, and ambassadors. • Plan, produce, and publish content aligned with the company's institutional positioning. • Monitor engagement and performance metrics across all profiles. • Activate and expand reach through speakers', clients' and partners' networks. • Create communication kits and ready-to-share materials. • Track the impact and reach of external activations. • Collect genuine testimonials from clients, participants, and partners. • Convert testimonials into written content, videos, animations, and visual case studies. • Update the social proof portfolio for use in campaigns and sales. • Collaborate with Blueprintt Intelligence and Blueprintt Education to select relevant content. • Adapt insights into accessible formats (posts, guides, videos, newsletters, compact reports). • Align free/public content production with objectives for authority, engagement, and funnel nurturing. • Structure, validate, and implement the ambassadors/affiliates program. • Select high-reach strategic profiles. • Provide content, guidance, and incentives to sustain ongoing engagement. • Monitor influence metrics, leads, and revenue generated. • Respond to graphic and content requests from all areas of Blueprintt. • Ensure visual consistency and alignment with institutional positioning across all deliverables. • Develop creative campaigns that reinforce Blueprintt's authority. • Create and maintain textual and visual communication guidelines (editorial guide, brand manual, tone of voice). • Coordinate press relations and media contacts. • Plan and execute PR strategies that position Blueprintt as a reference in the sector. • Support internal leaders and experts in preparing for interviews, articles, and public statements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or Business Administration. • Brand management and institutional positioning: ability to build, maintain, and evolve the brand identity and narrative. • Strategic marketing planning: ability to translate business objectives into integrated communication and content plans. • Knowledge of Content Marketing and Authority Building: strong command of strategies to build authority and influence through relevant, original content. • Corporate communication and public relations: knowledge of reputation management, press relations, and digital PR. • Performance management and marketing metrics: analytical ability to monitor KPIs and link marketing to business results. • Creative coordination and art direction: strong aesthetic sensibility and command of visual branding, with the ability to guide designers and copywriters. • Project and process management: organization, prioritization, and control of deliverables across multiple fronts. • Collaborative leadership and the ability to work with diverse teams. • Strategic vision and results orientation. • Autonomy and operational discipline. • Creativity and an experimentation mindset. • Resilience and continuous learning.
