📋 Description

• Build and maintain Python based data pipelines to automate import, cleaning, transformation, and analysis of geospatial datasets from diverse sources • Develop ArcGIS Online Hosted Notebooks, ArcGIS Pro Python Toolboxes, and ArcGIS Geoprocessing services to support geospatial applications and workflows • Design and administer enterprise relational and spatial databases supporting analysis, data management, and frontend applications. • Deliver production-quality code following professional development standards, including version control with Git and GitHub for collaboration, collaborative code review, and release management • Perform quality assurance and debugging of geospatial data, scripts, and services to ensure accuracy, performance, and reliability of delivered solutions • Give live demonstrations and presentations to clients showcasing workflows, solutions, and outcomes • Collaborate with clients to define project requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and communicate progress throughout the project lifecycle • Mentor junior analysts and foster knowledge-sharing across the team

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of professional GIS experience • Advanced proficiency across the Esri stack: ArcGIS Pro (with extensions), ArcGIS Online, and ArcGIS Enterprise (Server, Portal, Image Server) • Demonstrated Python 3.x development experience building complex, production-ready geospatial tools; proficiency with ArcPy, ArcGIS API for Python, NumPy, and Pandas at minimum • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, proactively identify risks, and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a client-facing environment • Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment • Bachelor's or master's degree in Geography, GIS, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience • Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
