📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with fellow engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to design, build, and support robust platform solutions • Architect, deploy, and manage Kubernetes clusters on AWS and/or Azure • Design and implement CI/CD pipelines that deliver high-quality code at speed • Build automated infrastructure with Terraform and other IaC tools • Lead cloud migration and modernization efforts, including re-platforming legacy workloads (Java, .NET, ETL, databases) to modern cloud-native services • Automate scaling, deployment, and management of containerized applications • Monitor, troubleshoot, and fine-tune system performance to ensure reliability, cost-effectiveness, and resilience • Implement proactive monitoring solutions that detect and prevent outages • Translate complex client requirements into scalable, automated solutions • Contribute to team knowledge-sharing, peer reviews, runbooks, and process improvement efforts • Support and maintain secure, compliant, and resilient infrastructure for critical systems

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of platform, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering experience • 5+ years of Azure experience • 3+ years with Terraform and other IaC tooling • 2+ years building and operating Kubernetes in production • Hands-on experience migrating or modernizing legacy workloads (Java, .NET, or similar) to cloud • Comfort with database and data platform work across SQL and NoSQL technologies • Experience designing and building scalable, distributed systems • Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similar) • Experience designing and building scalable, distributed systems • Experience in consulting or client-facing delivery roles • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders • Strong multi-tasker, self-starter, and proactive team player • Cloud certifications • Highly regulated industry experience (e.g. finance, healthcare) • AWS and Azure Professional level certifications • ETL or data pipeline experience (DataStage, ADF, Glue, Airflow, or similar) • Kubernetes certifications (CKA, CKAD, CKS) • Agile experience
