📋 Description

• Maintain the existing safeguarding tool and assist testing a newer, more robust version • Assist with management and planning of the overall safeguarding project • Support the safeguarding program by identifying and resolving data and processing issues • Log defects, coordinate accurate data fixes, verify implementation and document RCA (Root Cause Analysis) • Develop comprehensive testing scenarios; execute, review, and validate results; maintain evidence and audit trail • Update the Business Requirements Document (BRD) • Collaborate with product management to ensure safeguarding project milestones and major deliverables are on schedule • Identify potential risks and recommend achievable solutions • Work with cross-functional teams and liaise across the payment industry; report to Senior Business Analyst & EPM Project Manager (UK) • Remote role requiring overlap with United States EST hours

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years working as a Business Analyst • 3+ years of experience performing user acceptance testing • Strong problem-solving skills • Strong communication skills • Effective time management skills • Self-motived, flexible, and ability to work independently • Detailed oriented without losing the big picture • Hands-on attitude with a willingness to learn and take on a wide variety of responsibilities • An understanding of Accounting Fundamentals • An understanding of the Safeguarding Regulations • An understanding of System Development Life Cycle • Ability to overlap with United States EST hours • Nice to have: Experience working in the financial services / payments industry • Nice to have: Experience working with multiple legal entities and currencies • Nice to have: An understanding of CASS 7
