📋 Description
• Deliver client projects focusing on Salesforce solutions • Shape and implement AI-powered solutions • Configure, build, and test Salesforce applications • Participate in project lifecycle from discovery to delivery • Lead project tasks independently and engage with stakeholders • Promote Salesforce best practices and apply technical acumen • Document and manage project issues and risks
🎯 Requirements
• More than 5 years of hands-on Salesforce experience • Experience in Salesforce Consultancy or large in-house environment • Salesforce expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning Experience, and declarative development • Practical experience in configuring and deploying Salesforce AI features • Skilled in Agile/Scrum methodologies • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Proven experience leading project workstreams and supporting junior consultants • Strong analytical skills and experience with data migration strategy • Familiarity with DevOps pipelines and release management practices
