📋 Description

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable • Perform bank reconciliations and monitor financial transactions • Issue invoices, payment slips, and other billing-related documents • Monitor overdue accounts and conduct collection efforts when necessary • Update cash flow records and support the preparation of financial projections • Manage and monitor budget controls • Organize administrative documents, receipts, and information • Draft contracts based on commercial proposals, send them to clients for validation, and review any objections, with legal support when necessary • Prepare reports and performance indicators to support decision-making • Maintain contact with clients, suppliers, banks, accounting, and legal teams • Support the company’s administrative and financial routines • Ensure that information in systems and internal controls is accurate and up to date • Use AI tools to optimize analyses, controls, and operational activities • Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to process standardization

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Financial Management, or a related field • Experience with financial and administrative routines • Knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation • Experience issuing invoices, conducting collections, and managing documents • Knowledge of cash flow management and financial report preparation • Experience with budget management and control • Experience working with financial indicators • Knowledge of financial management systems or ERPs • Knowledge of contracts, taxes, and accounting support routines • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to deadlines • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clients, suppliers, banks, legal teams, and other departments • Autonomy and discipline to work remotely • Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar platforms • Experience in consulting or professional services companies • Experience with Quality, Consulting, or ISO Standards • Knowledge of business management • Experience with process improvement and standardization
